At Loomiant, we strive to create lithophanes that perfectly fit your wishes. We understand that each piece is not just a product but a cherished memory. Therefore, we offer a refund and return policy that reflects our commitment to your satisfaction while considering the personalised nature of our products.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with the craftsmanship of your lithophane, we offer a one-time free remake of your piece. We want your lithophane to capture the essence of your special moments, and we'll work with you to ensure it meets your expectations.
Cancellations
Our lithophanes are custom-made, and we start the creation process shortly after you place your order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Orders cannot be canceled after this period as they will have already entered the production phase.

Skip the 24h cancellation period and go directly into production. Please note that by selecting this option, you will no longer be eligible for a free cancellation period upon placing your order.
Returns / Exchanges
We understand the sentimental value of your lithophane. Therefore, should there be a defect in craftsmanship or an error on our part, we encourage you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis and work to find a suitable resolution. Conditions apply:
- Defects or errors must be reported within 14 days from receiving the product.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Remakes and Refunds
If a remake is necessary, we will cover the cost and work to ensure it meets your satisfaction. Please note:
- Remakes may take an additional 5-7 business days for production.
- Shipping costs for the original item are non-refundable.
- We do not cover shipping costs, customs fees and duties that arise when remaking your lithophanes
- We do not offer refunds
If a return is necessary, please ensure it is packaged securely. For any items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Loomiant is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Copyright material
Buyers are required to make sure they have permission and rights to any material they wish to have turned into a lithophane (loomiant.com does not accept any liability for this).
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Loomiant is not responsible for delays due to customs.

3D printed litophanes
Loomiant warrants that the printed lithophane shall substantially meet the features of the ordered model within the limitations of the current FDM 3D printing technology.
